Kentucky Buck


  • 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 1 Strawberry
  • 2 oz Ginger beer


Combine all ingredients, except for the ginger beer, into a cocktail shaker, and muddle the strawberry. Add ice to the shaker, and shake for 7-10 seconds until properly chilled and diluted. Strain the cocktail into a collins glass over ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wheel. Cheers!
