INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. First, shake the cocktail for 7-10 seconds WITHOUT ice to incorporate the ingredients (this is called a “dry shake”). Then, add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake for another 7-10 seconds until properly chilled and diluted before straining the cocktail into a coupe glass. Express the back of a lemon peel over the drink, twist, and place into the glass for garnish. Alternatively, garnish with a sprig of rosemary or maraschino cherry. Cheers!
