Blackberry Gin Sour



  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice 
  • 3/4 oz Honey Syrup
  • 3-4 Muddled Blackberries
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters (optional)


Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle the blackberries. Add ice, and shake for 7-10 seconds to chill. Double strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and blackberry. Cheers!


In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of honey and two cups of water. Warm on low heat, and stir to combine the honey and water. Remove from the heat and let cool. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
