INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Cognac
- ¼ oz Demerara Syrup
- 2 dashes of Orange Bitters
- 2 dashes of Chocolate Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, and add ice. Using a bar spoon, stir the cocktail for 7-10 seconds until properly chilled and diluted. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over ice. Express the back of a lemon peel over the drink, twist, and place into the glass for garnish. Cheers!
