mezcal aviation


  • 2 oz Mezcal (substitute with Gin to make a classic aviation cocktail)
  • 1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur (we recommend Luxardo)
  • 1/4 oz Créme de viollete
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice


Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, and add ice. Shake the cocktail for 7-10 seconds until properly chilled and diluted. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass, and express the back of a lemon peel over the drink, and discard the peel. Drop in a maraschino cherry for garnish. Cheers!
