Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. First, shake the cocktail for 7-10 seconds WITHOUT ice to incorporate the ingredients (this is called a “dry shake”). Then, add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake for another 7-10 seconds until properly chilled and diluted before straining the cocktail into a coupe glass. Express the back of a lemon peel over the drink and discard the peel. Garnish with dried rose petals. Cheers!
HOW TO MAKE RASPBERRY SYRUP
Combine one cup of water, and one cup of raspberries in a medium saucepan. Bring the raspberries to a light simmer until they split and release their juice. Add in one cup of sugar and gently stir to dissolve the sugar. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool. Strain out the raspberry solids and store the syrup in a glass jar in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
