INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Spiced Pear Liqueur (St. George Spirits)
- 1/2 oz Organic Maple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 7-10 seconds to chill. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
