1.5 oz Vodka (Gin or Blanco Tequila work well too)
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Strawberry Syrup
2 oz Ginger Ale
Combine all ingredients, except for the ginger ale, into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 7-10 seconds to chill. Strain the cocktail into a glass over ice, and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a lemon wheel and sprig of rosemary.
Combine one cup of water, and one cup of sliced up strawberries in a medium saucepan. Bring the strawberries to a light simmer until they split and release their juice. Add in one cup of sugar and gently stir to dissolve the sugar. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool. Strain out the strawberry solids and store the syrup in a glass jar in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
