2 oz Sparkling Wine (I recommend Prosecco 0r Brut Champagne)
Combine all ingredients, except for the sparkling wine, into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain the drink into a coupe glass and top with Prosecco or Brut Champagne.
HOW TO MAKE HONEY LAVENDER SYRUP
In a medium saucepan, warm 1 cup of water until hot. Add in 1 cup of honey, 2 tables of dried lavender (or fresh lavender), and stir to combine the ingredients and to dissolve the honey. Remove from the heat and let the lavender sit & steep in the syrup for at least an hour (or longer for more flavor). Strain out the lavender and store the syrup in a glass jar in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
