What You Need
- 1.5 oz Scotch Whisky
- 1 cup of water
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1/2 oz honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Combine 1 cup of water, juice from half a lemon, honey, and 1 cinnamon stick into a small/medium saucepan on the stove, and warm on low/medium heat.
- Pour the scotch (or rum or bourbon) into a mug, and top the mug with the liquid from the sauce pan.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
