An awesome mezcal cocktail recipe from one of the country's best mixologists, Misty Kalkofen.
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz St. Germain
- .5 oz Sweet Vermouth
- .25 oz Lemon Juice
1. Mix the Cocktail: Combine the mezcal, st. germain, sweet vermouth and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 10 seconds to chill the cocktail.
2. Strain the Cocktail: Using a hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer, strain the cocktail over the fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass.
3. Garnish the Cocktail: Garnish with a lemon twist.
