Negroni Di Aquila

By far one of the best variations of a negroni by one of Chicago's best bars, Longman & Eagle. Aperol replaces the Campari for a less bitter version.  

What You Need

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • Prosecco Float

Instructions

1. Mix the Cocktail: In a glass filled with ice, combine Aperol and sweet vermouth.

2. Stir the Cocktail: Top with prosecco, and mix.

3. Garnish the Cocktail: Using a paring knife or y-peeler, pare off an orange peel. Express the essential oils from the skin of the orange over the drink and drop in the orange peel.
