2 oz Aged Rum
.25 oz Demerara syrup
2-3 dashes of Aromatic bitters
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir to chill. Strain the drink into a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with a lime peel. Cheers!
