Ingredients

2 oz Cognac (I recommend using a VSOP)

.75 Orange Liqueur

1 oz Lemon Juice

.25 oz Demerara Syrup

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake to chill the drink. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass (sugar rim is optional) and garnish with a lemon wheel.
