Veroni Sour

Set the perfect scene for a backyard hangout with Veroni. Their authentic Italian charcuterie pairs so well with a great drink, and tonight we’re mixing up a variation on a classic New York sour.

Ingredients

2 oz Pisco

1 oz Lemon Juice

.75 oz Brown sugar syrup

1 oz Red wine

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, except for the wine, add ice and shake to chill the drink. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over ice. Using a bar spoon or kitchen spoon, lightly pour the red wine over the back of the spoon over the top of the cocktail to layer the red wine. Cheers!
