Ingredients
2 oz Whiskey
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Red Wine (I recommend a pinot noir or cabernet sauvignon)
Instructions
Combine the first three ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake to chill the drink. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over ice. Using the back of a bar spoon (or kitchen spoon) pour the red wine over the back of the spoon to layer the red wine on top. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Cheers!
