KENTUCKY BUCK

Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon Whiskey

1 oz Lemon Juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup

2 dashes of aromatic bitters

1 Strawberry (muddled)

2 oz Ginger beer

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except for the ginger beer, into a cocktail shaker and muddle the strawberry. Add ice to the shaker, and shake to chill the cocktail. Fine strain the drink into a collins glass over ice, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon wheel, strawberry slice and mint. Cheers!
